Pole (Level 2)

Service Description

The Pole Level Two class focuses on building on the foundational skills learned in Level One. Participants are required to be proficient in Level One pole moves, spins, and transitions or seek approval from the instructor if uncertain about their level. In Level Two, students will learn more challenging combinations, pole poses, and sequences of spins. Major moves covered in this class include Jasmine to genie transitions, inverts, side climbs, hood ornament, shoulder mount preps, crucifix, cupid, and inside/outside leg hangs. The emphasis is on developing strength, technique, and confidence in executing these intermediate-level pole maneuvers.
